
As the year draws to a close, yesterday Tenglong Automobile successfully delivered a batch of 11-meter pure electric buses. With the smooth delivery of these vehicles, Tenglong also secured a successful year-end result, bringing 2022 to a perfect conclusion and laying a solid foundation for further development in the coming year.

The delivered vehicles feature a modern and stylish design, suitable for commuting, tourism, passenger transport, and urban public transit. With a European-style square design and rounded corners, the exterior is fashionable and contemporary. The interior and exterior decorations are elegant and distinctive, bringing a lively atmosphere to the city. Equipped with the company’s latest energy-saving, safety, and intelligent technologies, this new-generation bus offers high cost performance to meet diverse market demands.

This 11-meter pure electric city bus features a well-designed interior layout with strong passenger capacity. Enclosed glass with rear sliding windows and a transparent rear windshield provides excellent lighting and a comfortable riding environment. The lower edge of the driver’s view is extended downward, making it easier to observe outside conditions.
The model adopts newly designed seats with a simple and elegant supporting structure, aviation-style luggage racks, and integrated dual-channel lighting, significantly enhancing the interior space. With a 2+2 seat layout and a rear five-seat configuration, the maximum capacity reaches 48 seats, outperforming similar products from mainstream manufacturers. Interior components such as seats, air ducts, and luggage racks can be customized according to customer requirements.

The vehicle adopts a single-leaf outward-swing pneumatic door and can be optionally equipped with ECAS (Electronically Controlled Air Suspension), greatly improving passenger boarding convenience and meeting high-end bus standards.
Handrails at the passenger door are reasonably arranged, and anti-slip floor strips are installed at the steps for safer boarding and alighting.

Through CAE analysis and structural optimization, the main load-bearing structure uses high-strength steel, ensuring strength while achieving lightweight design and reducing vehicle weight by 200 kg. This lowers energy consumption and unit load energy consumption (Ekg), meeting new subsidy policy requirements and reaching a leading domestic level.
Using finite element analysis, the vehicle frame structure has been fully upgraded, with high-strength steel accounting for 20%–30% of the main load-bearing structure.
The vehicle adopts second-generation full-load-bearing collision safety technology. With QStE700TM high-strength steel, structural strength is doubled compared with traditional Q235 steel, ensuring the frame remains effective for over eight years.
The overall layout is more rational, with a 5.67-meter wheelbase providing more interior space. The 2+2 seating layout offers enhanced passenger comfort.

The newly designed dashboard is ergonomically optimized and equipped with USB charging ports, mobile phone storage, and cup holders to enhance driver comfort and driving experience. The central display can be equipped with a 10-inch screen for easy information viewing, and an optional fully digital intelligent instrument panel supports multi-function and multi-interface displays, clearly showing electrical system data, maintenance predictions, driving behavior analysis, and energy consumption distribution.

High-efficiency drive: By optimizing the electromagnetic scheme, the high-efficiency range of the electric drive system is expanded, achieving the “double 90” standard (motor efficiency above 90% across more than 90% of the operating range), far exceeding the industry’s current “double 85” level.
The torque control algorithm is automatically optimized, with a minimum motor braking speed of 50 r/min and braking energy recovery ≥40%.
This vehicle belongs to the company’s latest “T6” platform, achieving leading domestic standards in both performance and safety. The SYC6110BEV series features “safety, reliability, energy efficiency, and intelligence.”
