Last month, multiple COVID-19 outbreaks occurred in Xiangyang. At this critical stage of achieving annual targets, Tenglong Automobile strictly and scientifically deployed epidemic prevention measures. All employees responded quickly, stayed at the factory, united and worked together, and rapidly shifted to a work mode of preventing the epidemic, stabilizing production, and ensuring delivery. Through practical actions, they implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important directive to “contain the epidemic, stabilize the economy, and ensure safe development.”
High Priority, Full Responsibility
1. The company quickly established an epidemic prevention leadership team. Members regularly inspected the implementation of prevention measures. Leaders at all levels took the lead in complying with prevention policies, and all employees fulfilled their responsibilities for epidemic control.
2. A comprehensive epidemic prevention record system covering all procedures was established. Daily tracking, statistics, screening, and reporting were conducted on employee health management, nucleic acid test results, and related information.
3. Management of employees and visitors was strengthened, with strict QR code scanning and temperature checks. Entry and exit controls were enforced, reasonable distancing and mask wearing were required in offices, and staggered dining was implemented in the cafeteria.
Strong Supply Support, Adequate Material Reserves
1. With the support of the Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, Dongjin New Area Administrative Committee, and Dongjin New Area Economic Service Bureau, the company increased material reserves and implemented dynamic management. Standard reserve systems were established to ensure that masks, protective suits, disposable medical gloves, and other supplies could meet three months of full-load demand. A COVID-19 disinfection management system and daily disinfection plans were also implemented, ensuring full coverage of office buildings, storage areas, and other public spaces.
2. Logistics support became especially important during this special period. Staff from functional and production departments worked together to provide full support.
As the logistics management department, the office actively coordinated with relevant departments to procure supplies, preparing beds, bedding, and other necessities to improve accommodation conditions for employees stationed at the factory.
Cafeteria staff woke up at 5 a.m. daily to prepare nutritious breakfasts, ensuring the needs of employees during isolation.
Staff from the office, finance department, general management department, procurement department, and others voluntarily assisted the cafeteria in preparing lunch and dinner for employees.

Stay at Posts, Ensure Product Quality
Ensuring quantity must also ensure quality. At critical moments, quality must not decline. The company implemented effective measures, conducted timely inspections, and applied dual control of production and quality to ensure on-time delivery and win the battle against the epidemic while maintaining safe production.

Engineers from the technical and process departments, along with manufacturing and quality management teams, regularly conducted major inspections of process discipline in welding and painting workshops, ensuring product quality, reducing costs, and improving economic efficiency.

In the face of the epidemic, no one is an outsider or bystander. This has become a shared belief and conscious action. At work, everyone showed courage, determination, and dedication to ensure production. Among colleagues, everyone worked together, encouraging one another and stepping forward wherever help was needed.
Across the company, unity and commitment demonstrated Tenglong’s responsibility in “fighting the epidemic and ensuring production.” During the epidemic period, production proceeded normally, ensuring on-time delivery of customer orders and achieving both epidemic control and production stability.
