Yesterday, in order to commend departments that have performed outstandingly and achieved remarkable results in this year’s work, set exemplary role models for all employees, and encourage the entire workforce to stay motivated and forge ahead with determination, the company held an “All-Staff Conference.”


At the beginning of the meeting, Li Chao, Director of the Company’s Planning Department, announced the “2022 Annual Advanced Production Department Commendation List,” and company leaders presented awards to the recipients on stage.

During the meeting, Mr. Wu, Assistant to the Chairman of the company and Director of the General Management Department, announced the company’s new organizational structure and departmental responsibilities, while Yang Tingting from the General Management Department explained key points regarding the company’s personnel management system.
At the end of the meeting, Mr. Wang from the Board of Directors delivered a concluding speech for the staff conference. He stated that optimizing the organizational structure and establishing a more scientific and comprehensive management system are necessary measures for team development. The company will adhere to the employment orientation of “selecting cadres based on performance and evaluating heroes by results,” and establish a sound incentive mechanism in which capable individuals are promoted while underperformers are reassigned. Finally, Mr. Wang expressed his gratitude to all employees for their dedication and hoped that in the future, all Tenglong employees would continue to support and assist the company, working together for shared progress and development.
This conference served as a meeting that builds on past achievements and ushers in future development, boosts confidence and motivation, clarifies direction, and accelerates progress.
