To ensure that employees can correctly operate and use cranes, safeguard their personal safety, improve crane operators’ emergency response capabilities, and strengthen safety production awareness, yesterday the Equipment Department of Tenglong Automobile organized a crane operation training session for workshop employees.

This training was mainly carried out through theoretical instruction and Q&A sessions. First, safety theory related to crane operations was explained, emphasizing the importance of cultivating employees with strong safety awareness and preventing injuries through proper conduct. For crane operators, the training analyzed equipment parameters, safe operating structures, and operating mechanisms of lifting machinery, enabling workers to understand the working principles of cranes and make appropriate choices for safe operations. It also introduced how to avoid or mitigate potential injuries to objects when facing emergency situations. Through sharing vivid video case studies, each participant was deeply inspired. Safety work is a long-term and demanding task; only by eliminating unsafe human behaviors and unsafe equipment conditions can accidents be effectively reduced and prevented.
