Recently, adhering to the principle of “identifying needs, addressing weaknesses, and strengthening awareness,” Tenglong Automobile’s Technical Department conducted training on relevant quality procedure documents for all on-duty technical staff.
During this training, the instructor carefully prepared the training materials and, based on practical work scenarios and specific case studies, focused on explaining the changes between the new and old versions of the procedure documents, key points requiring attention, and the main workflow processes. Participants listened attentively and took notes on key content throughout the session.

The targeted training approach enabled personnel in different positions to learn simultaneously, communicate directly, and improve together, effectively enhancing the training outcomes and contributing to improved work quality and efficiency in subsequent tasks. In the future, the Technical Department will organize similar targeted training activities in a timely manner, identify weaknesses, locate bottlenecks, and enhance employees’ quality awareness, rule awareness, and overall competence through effective training.
