In order to further strengthen the standardization and规范化 of on-site operations, enhance the construction of the comprehensive assembly team, and encourage employees to improve their skills and professional competencies in their respective positions, the Manufacturing Department of Xiangyang Tenglong Automobile recently organized a training activity on Longxing executive vehicle operation issues and technical skills. Nearly 100 employees participated in this training.

For this training, the Manufacturing Department specially selected “top performers” from various departments to provide professional explanations on typical issues related to the vehicle body, chassis, and other components. At the same time, the instructors analyzed and summarized problems commonly encountered in daily production, enabling employees to perform their work more efficiently and effectively.
