To help new employees gain a deeper understanding of the company’s corporate culture, integrate more quickly into the work environment, adapt to their positions, and enhance their sense of belonging and responsibility toward the enterprise, Tenglong Automobile held a new employee orientation training session yesterday in the company’s conference room.
The new employee orientation training was divided into three parts:
First, an introduction to the company profile, corporate culture, rules and regulations, and job responsibilities was provided to the new employees, enabling them to gain a more intuitive understanding of the company’s culture and business, as well as a deeper understanding of company policies, promotion mechanisms, and work requirements.
Second, various company promotional videos were shown to help new employees gain an initial understanding of the company and deepen their understanding of their work.
Third, safety training was conducted to enhance everyone’s protection capabilities and safety awareness.
The orientation training is the first lesson for new employees joining Tenglong Automobile. Through this training, new employees gained a deeper understanding of the company’s development and corporate culture, further strengthening their sense of identity and belonging.
