On the morning of October 17, the unveiling ceremony of “Xiangyang Tenglong Automobile Co., Ltd.” and the roll-off ceremony of Longxing official vehicles were grandly held at Tenglong Automobile. Xu Minsheng, Chairman of CRRC Urban Transportation Co., Ltd., and Wang Taihui, Deputy Secretary of the Xiangyang Municipal Committee and Mayor of Xiangyang, attended the event.

Chairman Xu Minsheng, on behalf of CRRC Urban Transportation Co., Ltd., delivered a welcome speech to the guests present. Xiao Yong, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Dongjin New District in Xiangyang and Director of the Administrative Committee, delivered a speech as a government representative. He expressed gratitude to CRRC Urban Transportation for introducing high-quality projects to Xiangyang and settling in Dongjin, and congratulated the successful roll-off of the Longxing official vehicles. During the event, Tenglong Automobile also signed “Longxing” official vehicle agency agreements with dealer representatives from Beijing, Chongqing, Guizhou, Shaanxi, and various locations within the province.

Introduction to Longxing Official Vehicles

The “Longxing” official vehicle is a key strategic new product in the automotive business segment under CRRC Urban Transportation and represents another achievement of Tenglong Automobile in pursuing high-end automobile manufacturing. It will bring new momentum to the development of Xiangyang’s automotive industry. The vehicle is available in both diesel and pure electric power configurations, with a length of 7.23 meters, width of 2.24 meters, height of 2.85 meters, and wheelbase of 3.93 meters. The vehicle adopts a closed-loop structural design, and the body uses integrally molded lightweight steel materials. Compared with similar domestic models, it offers higher safety, stronger power, larger passenger space, and better ride comfort.
