On the afternoon of August 24, a delegation led by Geng Baoquan, President of Xiangyang Automobile Vocational and Technical College, visited Xiangyang Tenglong Automobile Co., Ltd. for research and discussions on school-enterprise cooperation, jointly exploring new possibilities for collaboration. Both parties held a symposium to exchange views on project applications, school-enterprise cooperation, and the joint establishment of university student training bases.
Before the meeting, the leadership team of the college visited the company’s production workshops for an on-site inspection. During the visit, President Geng and his delegation highly praised the company’s production and R&D achievements. Both sides also conducted in-depth discussions on new energy research and development, strengthening their determination and commitment to cooperation in new energy and related fields.
At the symposium, Ma Ruijie, Director of the Board Office of Tenglong Auto, introduced the company’s basic situation, with a focus on recent achievements in new product development, capacity improvement, and market expansion. She also reported to the college on the overall performance of the students participating in the training program.

Finally, both the school and the enterprise agreed to strengthen communication in the future, jointly address issues encountered during cooperation, leverage their respective strengths and resources, and promote the integration of the education chain, talent chain, and industrial chain. Together, they aim to cultivate talents needed by enterprises, establish a model for collaborative talent development between schools and enterprises, and achieve a win-win outcome for schools, enterprises, and students.
